Stir Fried Assorted Meat with Hot Bean Paste

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup Fresh soybean
  • ½ cup Dried shrimps, soaked
  • 1 Red pepper, diced

Ingredients A:

  • 6 oz Lean pork
  • 4 oz Pork tripe, cooked
  • 1 Bamboo shoot, cooked
  • 4 pcs. Dried bean curd

Ingredients B:

  • 1 tsp Ginger, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Hot red bean paste
  • ½ tbsp Hot pepper paste
Preparation
  1. Cut “Ingredients A” into 1 cm cubes.
  2. Heat ½ cup oil to stir fry diced pork, add “Ingredients B”, ½ tbsp wine, dried shrimp, tripe, bamboo shoot, dried bean curd, fresh soybean and 1 cup soup stock, cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Season with 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp soysauce, thicken with cornstarch paste, add a little sesame oil, 3 tbsp chopped green onion, red pepper, mix well. Serve.
