Shredded Chicken with Green Peas Tips

Ingredients
  • 10 oz Tender tips of peas
  • 5 oz Chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Green onion, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Ham, shredded

Ingredients A:

  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tbsp Wine
  • ½ tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • ½ tbsp Cornstarch
Preparation
  1. Cut chicken into strings, marinate with ½ tbsp soysauce, ¼ tbsp salt, ½ tbsp cornstarch paste for 10 minutes.
  2. Pick the tender tips of peas, wash clean and stir fry quickly with 4 tbsp hot oil (season with sugar and salt, each ¼ tsp.), remove and drain dry.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry green onion, add chicken and “Ingredients A” (mix previously), mix with ham and peas tips. Serve.
