Stir Fried Spinach with Chinese Sausage

Ingredients
  • ¼ lb. Chinese sausage
  • 1 1b. Spinach
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Green onion, chopped
  • ½ tsp Wine
Preparation
  1. Clean spinach, cut into sections. Cut Chinese sausage into thin slices.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry sausage over low heat, sprinkle wine, add 2 tbsp boiling water. When soft, remove.
  3. Heat 3 tbsp oil add green onion and salt, use this to stir fry spinach over high heat, mix well with sausage. Serve.
