Fried Pork Chop with Lemon Sauce
- 4 Pork chops
Ingredients A:
- 1 tsp Wine
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Ketchup
- ½ tbsp Sugar
- ½ tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Lemon peel (chopped)
- ½ cup Soup stock
- Have some cuts around edge of pork to keep from getting shrunk when done.
- Cut half lemon into thin slices, get juice from the other half, and 1 tsp minced lemon peel.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil to fry pork chop over medium heat, splash 1 tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper, turn over, splash salt and pepper again. Remove. (Fry each side one minute)
- Cook “Ingredients A” in pan, when boiling, add pork chop in, cook for 1 minute, When soup reduced, remove on plate. Place lemon slice on pork. Garnish with sauteed broccoli.
