Stew Ox-Tail with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 Oxtail (2 lbs.)
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Wine
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Flour

Ingredients A:

  • 2 tbsp Soysauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
Preparation
  1. Cut oxtail into small sections, cook in boiling water for 5 minutes, remove and clear, put into a pan, add 2 tomatoes (cut into cubes), 8 cup hot water, wine, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat, cook for 3 hours.
  2. Heat 3 tbsp oil to stir fry onion (cut into pieces), carrot cube and 2 tomatoes (cut into cubes), add oxtail and 1 cup oxtail Soup, cook over low heat for 20 minutes .
  3. Heat 3 tbsp oil to stir fry 2 tbsp flour over low heat, add in “no.2” oxtail soup gradually, mix constantly and evenly, add “Ingredients A”, oxtail and vegetables, cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve.
