Crispy Chicken Slices with Lemon

Ingredients
  • 1 Chicken breast (about ¾ lb)
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ tbsp Wine
  • ½ cup Soup stock
  • 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 6 Lemon slices

Ingredients A:

  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
Preparation
  1. Remove skin from chicken, cut into 6 thin slices. Marinate with “Ingredients A” for 30 minutes.
  2. Mixed egg and cornstarch to make a paste.
  3. Sprinkle flour on chicken slices then coat with “no.2” paste. Deep fry in hot oil over high heat until golden and crispy, remove and cut into small pieces.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry “Ingredients A”, bring to a boil, thicken with cornstarch paste, pour onto chicken serve hot. (garnished with lemon slices)
