Crispy Chicken Slices with Lemon
- 1 Chicken breast (about ¾ lb)
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 Eggs
- ½ tbsp Wine
- ½ cup Soup stock
- 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 6 Lemon slices
Ingredients A:
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Remove skin from chicken, cut into 6 thin slices. Marinate with “Ingredients A” for 30 minutes.
- Mixed egg and cornstarch to make a paste.
- Sprinkle flour on chicken slices then coat with “no.2” paste. Deep fry in hot oil over high heat until golden and crispy, remove and cut into small pieces.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry “Ingredients A”, bring to a boil, thicken with cornstarch paste, pour onto chicken serve hot. (garnished with lemon slices)
