Abalone with Duck's Webs
- 2 pcs Abalone (canned)
- 10 pcs Duck's webs
- 2 tbsp Soysauce
- 3 Green onion
- 2 Ginger slices
- 1 tbsp Wine
- 2 cup Boiling water
- 1 tbsp Soysauce
- ½ tbsp Sugar
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1½ cup Soup stock
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 Lettuce
- Cut off rails from duck's webs. Cook in boiling water for 1 minute, remove and pat dry, marinate with 2 tbsp soysauce for 10 minutes. Deep fry till golden brown.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil to stir fry ginger, green onion, add wine, boiling water, duck webs, season with soysauce, sugar, pepper, cook for 20 minutes till duck webs are tender.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil to stir fry flour over low heat, add soup stock gradually, stir constantly, add oyster sauce, abalone (sliced) bring to a boil, sprinkle some hot oil, pour over duck's webs.
- Cook lettuce (cut into pieces) in boiling water, add ½ tbsp oil and ½ tsp salt, boil for 5 seconds, remove and place under duck's webs on plate.
