Diced Chicken with Chili Sauce

Ingredients

Ingredients A:

  • ½ Chicken
  • 4 tbsp Soysauce
  • 1 tbsp Hot red bean paste
  • 2 tbsp Hot pepper oil
  • ½ tsp Brown pepper corn powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic, chopped

Ingredients B:

  • 2 Green onion
  • 2 Ginger slices
  • 1tbsp Wine
Preparation
  1. Cook chicken in boiling water for 1 minute, remove and drain dry, discard the water.
  2. Cook chicken in 8 cup boiling water, add “Ingredients B”, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn over chicken, bring to a boil, turn off heat, leave chicken in pan (don't open lid) for ½ hour.
  3. Cut chicken into pieces, put into a large bowl, mix with “Ingredients A”, soak for 10 minutes. Serve.
