Steaned Fish Shan-Hai Style

Ingredients
  • ¼ Shad (fish)
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 pcs Pork fat membrane

Ingredients A:

  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Wine

Ingredients B:

  • 3 Ham Slices
  • 3 Black mushroom
  • 3 Bamboo shoot, slices

Ingredients C:

  • 1 Green onion
  • 2 Ginger slices
Preparation
  1. Clean Shad, pat dry, don't remove scales.
  2. Place on a plate, add “Ingredients A”, arrarge “Ingredients B” on top. Cover with pork fat membrane, put “Ingredients C” on top.
  3. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes. discard green onion and ginger.
  4. Serve with a bowl of vinegar (mixed with ½ tsp mashed ginger) sauce.
