Steaned Fish Shan-Hai Style
- ¼ Shad (fish)
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 pcs Pork fat membrane
Ingredients A:
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Wine
Ingredients B:
- 3 Ham Slices
- 3 Black mushroom
- 3 Bamboo shoot, slices
Ingredients C:
- 1 Green onion
- 2 Ginger slices
- Clean Shad, pat dry, don't remove scales.
- Place on a plate, add “Ingredients A”, arrarge “Ingredients B” on top. Cover with pork fat membrane, put “Ingredients C” on top.
- Steam over high heat for 10 minutes. discard green onion and ginger.
- Serve with a bowl of vinegar (mixed with ½ tsp mashed ginger) sauce.
