Shredded Chicken with Green Peas Tips
- 10 oz Tender tips of peas
- 5 oz Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Green onion, shredded
- 2 tbsp Ham, shredded
Ingredients A:
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ tbsp Wine
- ½ tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Water
- ½ tbsp Cornstarch
- Cut chicken into strings, marinate with ½ tbsp soysauce, ¼ tbsp salt, ½ tbsp cornstarch paste for 10 minutes.
- Pick the tender tips of peas, wash clean and stir fry quickly with 4 tbsp hot oil (season with sugar and salt, each ¼ tsp.), remove and drain dry.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry green onion, add chicken and “Ingredients A” (mix previously), mix with ham and peas tips. Serve.
