Sauteed Spicy Chicken
- 10 oz Chicken
- ⅓ tsp Sugar
Ingredients A:
- ⅓ tsp Salt.
- ½ Egg white
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Wine
Ingredients B:
- 3 tbsp Green onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp Garlic, chopped
- 4 Dried red pepper
- Sesame oil
- Cut chicken into 1" cube, marinate with “Ingredients A” for ½ hour, chop dried red pepper finly.
- Mix seasonings in one bowl: 1 tbsp soysauce, 1 tbsp wine, sugar, pepper, salt, sesame oil, ⅓ tsp each.
- Deep fry Chicken in 2 cup hot oil, remove. Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry “Ingredients B”, add chicken and No. “2” seasonings, stir fry over high heat, mix well. Remove to plate. Serve.
This dish may use duck, pork, frog or crab leg as main ingredient.
