Fried Pork Chop with Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  • 4 Pork chops

Ingredients A:

  • 1 tsp Wine
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Ketchup
  • ½ tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon peel (chopped)
  • ½ cup Soup stock
Preparation
  1. Have some cuts around edge of pork to keep from getting shrunk when done.
  2. Cut half lemon into thin slices, get juice from the other half, and 1 tsp minced lemon peel.
  3. Heat 4 tbsp oil to fry pork chop over medium heat, splash 1 tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper, turn over, splash salt and pepper again. Remove. (Fry each side one minute)
  4. Cook “Ingredients A” in pan, when boiling, add pork chop in, cook for 1 minute, When soup reduced, remove on plate. Place lemon slice on pork. Garnish with sauteed broccoli.
