Paper Wrapped Chicken Strings
- 6 oz chicken breast meat
- 5 Ginger slices
- 15 Parsley leaves
- 15 pcs Cellophane paper (3" x 5")
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- ⅓ cup Shredded ham
- ⅓ cup Shredded mushroom
Ingredients A:
- ½ tbsp Egg white
- ½ tbsp Cornstarch
- Cut the Chicken meat into strings 2" long. Marinate with “Ingredients A” for 10 minutes.
- Shredded the ginger finly.
- Brush some sesame oil in the center of a sheet of paper, place in the middle 1 parsley leaf then put 1 tbsp shredded chicken meat, add a little bit of ham and shredded ginger. Fold up the corner and roll into a cylinder, squeeze and twise two ends tightly.
- Deep fry chicken rolls in hot oil over low heat for 2 minutes, remove to pltter and serve. (garnished with deep fried vegetable strings or sze-chuan preserved vegetables)
