Deep Fried Chicken Country Style
- ½ Chicken
- 1 Green onion
- 2 Ginger slices
- ½ tbsp Wine
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Egg
- ½ cup Bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp Chopped gralic
Ingredients A:
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Marinate chicken with green onion, ginger, salt, wine for half a day, cook in boiling water over high heat for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool, cut into 2 pieces.
- Rub chicken with 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce, then dredge with “Ingredients A”, and then dip them in the beaten egg, Finally coat with bread crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown, remove and cut into small pieces. place on plate.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry garlic, add ketchup, ⅓ cup water, 1½ tbsp soysauce, ½ tbsp sugar, bring to a boil, pour over chicken or pour into a small bowl. Serve.
