Chicken Liver Slices Home Style
- 5 Chicken liver
- 5 oz Pork liver
- 4 oz Celery
- 8 Green pepper sections
- 2 Green onion
- 10 Ginger slices
- 1 tbsp Hot red bean paste
Ingredients A:
- ⅓ tsp Salt
- ½ tbsp Wine
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- Cut liver into thin slices, marinate with “Ingredients A” for 10 minutes.
- Cut celery into slices, cut green onion into diamond shape.
- Heat 1 cup oil, add celery, liver, green pepper, deep fry for a few seconds remove and drain.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry green onion, ginger and hot red pepper. add seasonings (1 tbsp wine, 1 tbsp soysauce, 1 tbsp soup stock, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch paste, 1 tsp vinegar), add in liver, green pepper and celery, mix well. Serve.
