Chicken Liver Slices Home Style

Ingredients
  • 5 Chicken liver
  • 5 oz Pork liver
  • 4 oz Celery
  • 8 Green pepper sections
  • 2 Green onion
  • 10 Ginger slices
  • 1 tbsp Hot red bean paste

Ingredients A:

  • ⅓ tsp Salt
  • ½ tbsp Wine
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut liver into thin slices, marinate with “Ingredients A” for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut celery into slices, cut green onion into diamond shape.
  3. Heat 1 cup oil, add celery, liver, green pepper, deep fry for a few seconds remove and drain.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry green onion, ginger and hot red pepper. add seasonings (1 tbsp wine, 1 tbsp soysauce, 1 tbsp soup stock, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch paste, 1 tsp vinegar), add in liver, green pepper and celery, mix well. Serve.
