Vegetable Stalk Salad
- 1 Vegetable stalk
- 2 Red pepper, shredded
- 1 tsp Brown pepper corn
- 1 tbsp Ginger, shredded
Ingredients A:
- 1 tbsp Soysauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Pare vegetable stalk, cut into 2" long sticks. Marinate with ½ tsp salt for 20 minutes, squeeze out water.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry brown pepper corn, when the color turns dark, discard brown pepper corn, use this oil to stir fry ginger, red pepper, add “Ingredients A”, bring to a boil. Turn off heat, mix with stalk sticks. Let cool. Serve.
