Stuffed Bean Curd Boxes with Assorted Vegetable
- 6 Fried bean curd (2" x 2)
- 5pcs spicy dried bean curd
- ½ cup Green peas
- 1 Red pepper, shredded
Ingredients A:
- 4 Black mushroom
- 6 Water chestnuts
- ⅓ Carrot, cooked
Ingredients B:
- ⅓ cup Bamboo shoot shredded
- ⅓ cup Snow peas, shredded
- Chop soaked black mushrooms, water chestnuts, carrot, dried bean curd into very fine.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry “Ingredients A”, season with salt, pepper, thicken with cornstarch paste. this is filling.
- Lay knife flat to cut fried bean crud through 3 sides (½ cm from top) to make a lid, with one side not cut through. Dig out 1 tbsp contents, Insert. no. “2” filling, cover the lid, and steam for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil to stir fry “Ingredients B”, add 1 tbsp soysauce, ½ cup soup stock thicken with cornstarch paste. Pour over bean curd box. Serve.
