Stuffed Bean Curd Boxes with Assorted Vegetable

Ingredients
  • 6 Fried bean curd (2" x 2)
  • 5pcs  spicy dried bean curd
  • ½ cup Green peas
  • 1 Red pepper, shredded

Ingredients A:

  • 4 Black mushroom
  • 6 Water chestnuts
  • ⅓ Carrot, cooked

Ingredients B:

  • ⅓ cup Bamboo shoot shredded
  • ⅓ cup Snow peas, shredded
Preparation
  1. Chop soaked black mushrooms, water chestnuts, carrot, dried bean curd into very fine.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry “Ingredients A”, season with salt, pepper, thicken with cornstarch paste. this is filling.
  3. Lay knife flat to cut fried bean crud through 3 sides (½ cm from top) to make a lid, with one side not cut through. Dig out 1 tbsp contents, Insert. no. “2” filling, cover the lid, and steam for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil to stir fry “Ingredients B”, add 1 tbsp soysauce, ½ cup soup stock thicken with cornstarch paste. Pour over bean curd box. Serve.
