Stir Fried Chicken Balls with Broccoli
- 10 oz Chicken meat
- 1 Broccoli
- 10 pcs Carrot slices
- 5 Black mushrooms
- 10 Green onion sections
- 10 Ginger slices
Ingredients A:
- ½ tbsp Soysauce
- ½ tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Water
- Cut chicken meat into 1" cube, marinate with “Ingredients A” for ½ hour deep fry in hot oil, when done, remove and drain.
- Split broccoli into small pieces, Cook in boiling water for 15 seconds, remove and soak in cold water.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil to stir fry ginger and green onion, add black mushrooms, carrot,broccoli, when all are done, add chicken and seasonings (1 tbsp soysauce, ½ tbsp wine, ½ tsp salt, ⅓ tsp sugar, 2 tbsp water, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp cornstarch), stir fry over high heat, mix well. Remove to plate. Serve.
