Quick-Stir-Fried Salted Pork
- 8 oz Salted pork
- 1 Bamboo shoot
- 1 cup Green onion, shredded
- 1 cup Green garlic, shredded
- 3 Red pepper
Ingredients A:
- 1 tsp Wine
- 1 tsp Hot red bean paste
- ½ tbsp Sugar
- ½ tbsp Soysauce
- 3 tbsp Water
- Cut salted pork into thin slices. cut bamboo shoot into slices. Remove seeds from red pepper, cut into sections.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil to stir fry pork over low heat, when pork fat reduce some oil, add bamboo shoot and “Ingredients A” (mix previously), mix well and add red pepper, green onion, green garlic, stir fry over high heat for 5 seconds. turn off heat, sprinkle some sesame oil. Serve.
