Quick Stir-Fied Squid Rolls (with Chinese Passley)

Ingredients
  • 1 Squid, soaked
  • 3 oz Chinese parsley
  • 2 Green garlic
  • 3 tbsp Garlic, sliced
  • 3 Ginger slices
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Ingredients A:

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Wine
Preparation
  1. Remove inside membrane from squid, score crisscross on inside, cut into rectangles.
  2. Cut Chinese parsley into sections 1" long. Cut green garlic, green onion, ginger into strings. All put together and mix with “Ingredients A”.
  3. Cook sguid in boiling wather for 5 seconds, when curl, remove and drain.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp sesame oil to very hot, add sguid rolls and “No.2” mixture, Quickly stir fry over high heat (about 5 seconds). Serve.
