Pork Slices with Mayonnaise Sauce
- 8 oz Lean pork
- 1 tbsp Wine
- 1 tbsp Soysauce
- ½ cup Onion, chopped
- ⅓ cup Carrot slices, cooked
- 6 pcs Mushroom
- 1 tbsp Soysauce
- 2½ tbsp Mayonnaise
- Cut pork against the grain into thin slices. Marinate with wine & soysance for ½ hour.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in wok, stir fry onion and pork, add carrot and mushroom slices, and sprinkle soysauce, mayonnaise, stir fry quickly over high heat. Turn off heat immediately.
- Place shredded lettuce on plate, put pork slice over lettuce. Serve.
