Pork Slices with Mayonnaise Sauce

Ingredients
  • 8 oz Lean pork
  • 1 tbsp Wine
  • 1 tbsp Soysauce
  • ½ cup Onion, chopped
  • ⅓ cup Carrot slices, cooked
  • 6 pcs Mushroom
  • 1 tbsp Soysauce
  • 2½ tbsp Mayonnaise
Preparation
  1. Cut pork against the grain into thin slices. Marinate with wine & soysance for ½ hour.
  2. Heat 4 tbsp oil in wok, stir fry onion and pork, add carrot and mushroom slices, and sprinkle soysauce, mayonnaise, stir fry quickly over high heat. Turn off heat immediately.
  3. Place shredded lettuce on plate, put pork slice over lettuce. Serve.
