Lobster in Crab Sauce
- 1/2 lb. lobster meat
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 egg
- 1½ tbsp. chopped green onion
- 2 oz. snow peas
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. msg (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. cooking wine
- 1½ tbsp. corn starch thickened with cold water
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp. cooking oil
Place oil in wok and heat over medium high heat. When hot place lobster meat and garlic salt in wok. Stir 4 or 5 times.
Add crab meat, peas, fish sauce, sugar, msg and black pepper. Stir 3 or 4 times.
Turn heat to high and add water. Stir until water boils.
Add corn starch and stir in circle until thick.
Add egg and wine. Stir together for a few seconds. Remove from stove and place in serving dish. Sprinkle with green onion, paprika.
Serves 2-3 persons.
