Ingredients
  • 1 or 2 lobsters
  • 1 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 3 oz. butter
  • 1 tbsp. fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. cooking wine
Preparation

Rinse lobster with cold water. Split in half lengthwise. Pour cooking wine on meat. Wrap in foil and place on grill for 8 minutes. Turn and grill for another 8 minutes. Unwrap and grill each side for an additional

2 minutes. Remove and place on serving dish. Heat oil in a saucepan. Add garlic and stir until lightly browned. Drop in butter and stir until melted. Pour this mixture over lobster meat.

The Thai flavor of this dish depends on the sauce it is served with. You may choose to use garlic sauce or tamarind sauce.
