Cuttlefish with Spicy Sauce

Ingredients
  • 12 oz Cuttlefish
  • 1 Small cucumber
  • 5 pcs Green bean sheets

Ingredients A:

  • 2 tbsp Soysauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • ½ tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Green Onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • ⅓ tsp Brown pepper corn powder
  • 2 tbsp Hot pepper oil
Preparation
  1. Cut cucumber into thin slices, soak with ½ tsp salt for 10 minutes, squeeze dry, place on a plate. Cut the fresh green bean sheets into 2" long X 1" wide mix with a little of sesame oil then place on top of cucumber.
  2. Clean the cuttlefish , score (¼" wide) inside of cuttlefish lengthwise about half deep of thickness. Lay the cleaver almost flat to slice into large thin slices. Boil in boiling water (about 6 cup) for 10 seconds. Remove and drain dry. Place on top of green bean sheets.
  3. In a small bowl, mix all the seasoning sauce “Ingredients A”. Pour the sauce over cuttlefish and serve.
