Deep Friend Squied Rings
- 2 Squids, fresh
- ½ tbsp Wine
- ½ Egg
Ingredients A:
- 3 tbsp Sweet Potato powder
- 3 tbsp Bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp Flour
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ½ tsp Five spicy powder
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- Pare outside mambrane of squids (don't cut to open it, keep it's original tube shape). Pat dry, cut into 0.5cm thick sections. marinate with ½ tbsp wine, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp cornstarch paste, ½ egg for 10 minutes.
- Mix “Ingredients A” in a bowl add squid in mixture, leave for 3 minutes.
- Deep fry squid rings in hot oil over medium heat, remove when golden brown, drain and place on plate. (Serve with ketchup, brown pepper corn salt or mayonaise.)
