Beef Strips & Garlic Sprouts with Sa-Cha Sauce
- 8 oz Beef tenderloin
- 8 oz Garlic sprouts
- ½ Carrot
- 1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
- 1 tbsp Green onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp B-B-Q sauce (Sa-Cha)
- 1 tbsp Hot bean paste
- Cut beef into strings 1" long, marinate with ½ tsp salt, ½ tbsp wine, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tbsp constarch, ½ tbsp oil, ½ tsp pepper.
- Cut garlic sprouts into sections 1" long. Cut carrot into strings.
- Deep fry carrot in 1½ cup hot oil for 10 seconds, then put beef and garlic sprouts in, fry for 5 seconds, remove all, drain dry.
- Sit fry B-B-Q sauce and hot bean paste with 3 tbsp oil, add seasonings. Soysauce, wine, cornstarch, water, 1 tbsp each; sugar, vinegar, 1 tsp each, mix well. Serve.
