Baked Prawns Western Style
- 3 Egg (boiled)
- 10 Mushroom
- 2½ cup Soup stock
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 2 tbsp Parmasan cheese powder
Ingredients A:
- 4 Prawns
- 1 tsp Wine
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- Devein prawn and cut each into 4 pieces, marinate with “Ingredients A” for 10 minutes. Deep fry in hot oil for a few seconds, remove and drain dry.
- Shelled egg, cut into slices. Remove stems from mushrooms and cut into slices.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil to stir fry 3 tbsp flour over low heat, add in soup stock gradually, stir constantly; season with salt, add milk, mix well. Remove 1 cup of soup for later use.
- Mix prawn, egg and mushroom with cream soup in wok, remove to a bake-ware, pour 1 cup soup of “no.3” over, then splash parmasan cheese on top, bake for 20-30 minutes till surface turns golden brown. Serve.
