Vegetarian Diced Chicken with Bean Paste
- 5 pcs. Dried bean curd sheets
- ¼ cube Lye
- 2 tbsp Soysauce
- 1 Green pepper
- 2 Red pepper
Ingredients A:
- 1 tbsp Sweet bean paste
- 2 tsp Sugar
- ½ tbsp Soysauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Water
- Dissolve lye in 5 cup boiling water, put dried bean curd sheets in lay water, when it's color turn white and becomes softer, remove and rinse with water, squize dry, mix with 2 tbsp soysauce wrap tightly with a piece of cloth, tie with rope, then cook in boiling water for 15 minutes, untie, let cool and cut into ½" cubes, this is vegetarian diced chicken.
- Cut green pepper, red pepper into small cubes.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry green pepper for a few seconds, add “Ingredients A” (mix previously), pour vegetarian chicken and red pepper in, mix well. Serve.
