Stir Fried Spinach with Chinese Sausage
- ¼ lb. Chinese sausage
- 1 1b. Spinach
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Green onion, chopped
- ½ tsp Wine
- Clean spinach, cut into sections. Cut Chinese sausage into thin slices.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry sausage over low heat, sprinkle wine, add 2 tbsp boiling water. When soft, remove.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil add green onion and salt, use this to stir fry spinach over high heat, mix well with sausage. Serve.
