This is served as an appetizer in sze-chuan restaurant, with seven different ingredients place on a special plate that can be turned.
- Braised beef tendons with green onion-Cook beef tendons in brown sauce soup ( soysauce, five spicy pakage etc ) for 1 hour, then saute with green onion strings in hot oil.
- Braised duck gizzard: Cook duck gizzard in brown sauce soup for 30 minutes, cut into pieces, arrange on plate.
- Chinese sausage
- Pork kidney with chili sauce
- Stir-Fried River Shrimp
- Vegetarian ham slices
- Stewed Wheat Glutens with Brown Sauce
You may choose any kind of ingredients you prefer if only it is different in color and tasty.
