Fried Bean Curd Cake

Ingredients
  • 3 pcs Bean curd (2" x 2")
  • ½ tbsp Dried shrimp roe
  • ⅓ tsp Ginger, mashed
  • 1 tbsp Green onion, Chopped
  • 2 Egg
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ½ tbsp Wine
  • ½ cup Soup stock
Preparation
  1. Cut each bean curd into 4 slices. splash a little salt. dredge with flour, fry in hot oil over low heat till golden brown. remove carefully.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil to stir fry ginger, sprinkle wine, add soup stock, season with salt, add bean curd and green onion, bring to a boil turn over and cook for a minute. Remove to a plate.
  3. Stir fry dried shrimp roe in a clean pan over low heat, When good oder comes out, splash over bean curd. Serve.
