Fried Bean Curd Cake
- 3 pcs Bean curd (2" x 2")
- ½ tbsp Dried shrimp roe
- ⅓ tsp Ginger, mashed
- 1 tbsp Green onion, Chopped
- 2 Egg
- ½ cup Flour
- ½ tbsp Wine
- ½ cup Soup stock
- Cut each bean curd into 4 slices. splash a little salt. dredge with flour, fry in hot oil over low heat till golden brown. remove carefully.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil to stir fry ginger, sprinkle wine, add soup stock, season with salt, add bean curd and green onion, bring to a boil turn over and cook for a minute. Remove to a plate.
- Stir fry dried shrimp roe in a clean pan over low heat, When good oder comes out, splash over bean curd. Serve.
