Diced Chicken with Chili Sauce
Ingredients A:
- ½ Chicken
- 4 tbsp Soysauce
- 1 tbsp Hot red bean paste
- 2 tbsp Hot pepper oil
- ½ tsp Brown pepper corn powder
- 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
Ingredients B:
- 2 Green onion
- 2 Ginger slices
- 1tbsp Wine
- Cook chicken in boiling water for 1 minute, remove and drain dry, discard the water.
- Cook chicken in 8 cup boiling water, add “Ingredients B”, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn over chicken, bring to a boil, turn off heat, leave chicken in pan (don't open lid) for ½ hour.
- Cut chicken into pieces, put into a large bowl, mix with “Ingredients A”, soak for 10 minutes. Serve.
