Deep Fried Pork Intestiner (Deep Fried Golden Rings)
- 2 Pork large intestine
- 4 Ginger slies
- 1 tbsp Brown pepper corn salt
- 1 tbsp Sweet bean paste
Ingredients A:
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Wine
Ingredients B:
- 2 Egg white
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- Remove fat from pork intestine, rub with “Ingredients A”, wash both side, cook with ginger in boiling water for 1 hour, remove, let cool.
- Mix “Ingredients B” to make flour batter.
- Mix sweet bean paste with ½ tbsp water and 1 tsp sugar, bring to a boil. Remove on a small plate.
- Coat intestine with batter, deep fry in hot oil till crispy and golden brown, cut diagonally into sections. Serve with brown pepper corn salt and sweet bean paste.
