Deep Fried Pork Intestiner (Deep Fried Golden Rings)

Ingredients
  • 2 Pork large intestine
  • 4 Ginger slies
  • 1 tbsp Brown pepper corn salt
  • 1 tbsp Sweet bean paste

Ingredients A:

  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Wine

Ingredients B:

  • 2 Egg white
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
Preparation
  1. Remove fat from pork intestine, rub with “Ingredients A”, wash both side, cook with ginger in boiling water for 1 hour, remove, let cool.
  2. Mix “Ingredients B” to make flour batter.
  3. Mix sweet bean paste with ½ tbsp water and 1 tsp sugar, bring to a boil. Remove on a small plate.
  4. Coat intestine with batter, deep fry in hot oil till crispy and golden brown, cut diagonally into sections. Serve with brown pepper corn salt and sweet bean paste.
