Braised Black Mushroom, Bamboo Shoot & Salted Vegetables

Ingredients
  • 12 Dried black mushrooms
  • 2 Bamboo shoot
  • 2 Salted Vegetables
  • 1 Green onion
  • 2 tbsp Soysauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Preparation
  1. Cut off stems of soaked black mushrooms. Cut bamboo shoot into thick slices. Cut green onion into sections.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil to stir fry green onion and black mushrooms, then add bamboo shoot, when good oder comes out, add salted vegetables, soysauce, soaking mushroom stock, bring to a boil, turn to low heat, cook for 10 minutes. If it still has plenty of stock, open lid and turn to high heat to make stock reduced. Sprinkle sesame oil. Serve. (This dish may served cold.)
