Stir Fried Water Spinach with Shrimp Sauce
- 1½ lb. Water spinach
- 2 tbsp Shrimp sauce
- 1 tsp Wine
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Green onion, chopped
- Clean the water spinach, cut into sections 2½" long, drain of the water.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil to stir-fry green onion and shrimp sauce then add water spinach, sprinkle wine, add sugar, stir fry over high heat, mix well. Serve.
Sha-Cha paste may also be stir fried with water spinach.
