Shredded Chicken with Green Peas
- ½ lb Chicken breast
- 5 oz Green peas
- 1 Green onion
- 1 cup Soup stock
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch paste
- ½ tsp Salt
- A little of Shredded ham
Ingredients A:
- ½ Egg white
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Corn starch
- Remove bones and skin from the chicken breast, cut into strings. mix with “Ingredients A”, marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat the wok, then add oil, When oil heats to 300°F add chicken and stir-fry until chicken turns white. Drain.
- Use 1 tbsp oil to stir-fry chopped green onion, then add green peas and soup stock, after boiling, add salt, thicken with cornstarch paste. Remove to a plate, sprinkle ham, serve.
Lima beans or green beans can be used instead of green peas.
