Cuttlefish with Spicy Sauce
- 12 oz Cuttlefish
- 1 Small cucumber
- 5 pcs Green bean sheets
Ingredients A:
- 2 tbsp Soysauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- ½ tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Green Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
- ½ tsp Sugar
- ⅓ tsp Brown pepper corn powder
- 2 tbsp Hot pepper oil
- Cut cucumber into thin slices, soak with ½ tsp salt for 10 minutes, squeeze dry, place on a plate. Cut the fresh green bean sheets into 2" long X 1" wide mix with a little of sesame oil then place on top of cucumber.
- Clean the cuttlefish , score (¼" wide) inside of cuttlefish lengthwise about half deep of thickness. Lay the cleaver almost flat to slice into large thin slices. Boil in boiling water (about 6 cup) for 10 seconds. Remove and drain dry. Place on top of green bean sheets.
- In a small bowl, mix all the seasoning sauce “Ingredients A”. Pour the sauce over cuttlefish and serve.
