Stir Fried Assorted Meat with Hot Bean Paste
- ⅓ cup Fresh soybean
- ½ cup Dried shrimps, soaked
- 1 Red pepper, diced
Ingredients A:
- 6 oz Lean pork
- 4 oz Pork tripe, cooked
- 1 Bamboo shoot, cooked
- 4 pcs. Dried bean curd
Ingredients B:
- 1 tsp Ginger, chopped
- 3 tbsp Hot red bean paste
- ½ tbsp Hot pepper paste
- Cut “Ingredients A” into 1 cm cubes.
- Heat ½ cup oil to stir fry diced pork, add “Ingredients B”, ½ tbsp wine, dried shrimp, tripe, bamboo shoot, dried bean curd, fresh soybean and 1 cup soup stock, cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Season with 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp soysauce, thicken with cornstarch paste, add a little sesame oil, 3 tbsp chopped green onion, red pepper, mix well. Serve.
