Deep Fried Custared Chicken Cake
- 5 oz Chicken meat, cooked
- 3 tbsp Onion, diced
- 3 tbsp Mushrooms slices
- 3 tbsp Ham, diced
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 cup Soup stock
- ½ cup Flour
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Bread crumb
- Stir fry onion with 1 tbsp hot oil, add diced Chicken, mushroom, ham, season with salt and pepper.
- Stir fry 5 tbsp flour with 3 tbsp oil over low heat, add soup stock and milk gradually, stir constantly, mix well with chicken mixture, remove to a cake mold, put in refrigerator to solidify.
- Cut cake into 10 pieces, roll into a cylinder, dredge with flour, then dip in beaten egg, and then coat with crumbs.
- Deep fry in 180°F oil till golden brown and crispy. (Serve with ketchup and brown pepper corn salt.)
